Who the hell is she???

She's the owner and founder of Sainte’s Haven, passionate about leading you on your journey, diving deep with you to bring your healing to the surface (hint- only path on which we can truly heal).  She’s passionate about empowering souls to step into their most elevated life from the inside out, unlocking their true North.  Together we make the impossible possible again by trusting your heart, strengthening your intuition, and gaining peace of mind in the safest, most sacred space...but you know all that from the rest of my site already!  ...now for the tea beneath the tea baby!...sip sip shall we...

First of all, WELCOME TO THE PARTY HUNNYYYY!!!  I've been waiting for you, you gorgeous angel of a soul you...

Hi baby doll, I'm Larissa!  I'm a Pittsburgh native who has lived in a few different corners of the country, just returning from an 11-year Los Angeles stint, bringing with me all of my gained knowledge and wisdom in the healing and wellness community, along with a whole lot of other life lessons.  I reached one of my main visions of living a bi-coastal life, working out of both LA and Pittsburgh now, with international reach in between.  I flow where the wind and business take me like the aligned spirit and “elevated gypsy” that my soul sisters coined me as, and I'll take it 😉.

A little about me & my sometimes movie-like journey (think more drama/horror story though, sprinkled with the occasional rom com or period piece lol).  Who is she???  Well she's worn many hats! (always was a hat girl), as a competitive level 10 gymnast, certified Early Childhood Educator at Pitt with a Developmental Psychology grad degree, certified jewelry professional who designed her own line and company, before stepping onto movie, tv, and photography sets that would alter my own path forever.  Now a professional working actress and model for almost 20 years and counting, while hosting venues, events, and parties in LA along the way, finding pieces of myself there through dear friends who are family, loving my hot yoga studios, frequent solo ocean dates, and the general magic of life- good bad and ugly included.  Such is growth and expansion, and while we all wear fancy titles in our lives, (and I have lived many in a short time), the ones forever closest to my heart are SISTER, DAUGHTER, FUN AUNT, FRIEND, CONFIDANTE, HEALER, and of course, DEVOTED CAT MAMA hello. 

All of that might sound glam and all but trust, it absolutely did not come without its redirects, challenges, and straight up flood zones at times (how much time do we have? *eyes wide, sweat drips down yikes scurred*) That's what we Scorpio women do best, we burn it all down in order to rebuild and rise higher from the ashes, all in the face of trembling voice-type fear yet pure potentiality.  It's called our Re-birth and it's our birthright- just like I teach you with Sainte's Haven.  Turns out this is what fuels my work, passions, and ability to truly help and hold that same space for others.  Surprise twist, it was all part of the plan, even if I went kicking and screaming sometimes, oops, hey I'm human too!  This life, it's beauty-full and it's messy and it's never not in the creation phase; we weren't meant to walk it alone, and amazingly you don't have to either.  You hold the power to walk through the fire too.  I can hold your hand though!  Phoenix rising anyone?!

Back to that list, What I value most, my most appreciated description of all, is not a title at all but an authentic state of embodied being, a genuine caring heart, full of soul and intuition, who found immense strength along her own journey, yes at times when there was no other option.  I am someone who has always been on a mission to heal and “save the world” since a child, who has always wanted to empower fearlessness in others in this one life we’re given…now I get to take this life and turn my greatest challenges into my greatest superpowers- just like we do with our Sainte’s Haven community and clients.  Through storytelling and educating on acting sets and creative shoots, empowering others to embrace their wholeness, especially women who have historically been told they can’t (massive light up for me here), to now guiding others in healing themselves and transform their lives toward their highest good, we are doing just that. 

Heal one, heal all.

My mom always said I always saw past the physical into someone’s soul and heart, the “realness” I love to call it, even as a baby.  And my dad always attributes my sixth sense being passed down from him, which it is too! (along with unparalleled school of hard knocks' lessons). I just did not see the physical masks whatsoever (or better yet, I did and interpreted behavior intuitively too) and I remember how this felt, such a unique but isolating perspective as an only daughter of brothers raised on the east coast in a big loud wonderful family.  I had to self-teach hearing my own voice (intuition) and eventually honoring it.  P.S. this is a lifelong perfectly imperfect journey, we are in constant relationship with our third eye intuition.  The key is sharpening it every single chance we see.  And any further inquiries go to the parents for the above and plenty more embarrassing childhood stories. 

So I’ve always felt divinely guided but that does not mean it’s been easy- in fact, quite the opposite.  As I discovered what this meant for me and my healer path many years ago, practicing as everyone’s unofficial therapist or guide or just partner in crime one way or another, I made these titles "official" as 2020 hit and time became our biggest asset of that era (well, time and the tiger king saga some may argue).  But seriously we were forced to sit with ourselves and look within.  I was always living life that way but it was crowded by a high-speed lifestyle and industry, it was time to embrace when the world stopped spinning.  Now the world was facing change too; we needed help, we needed the light workers to shine and illuminate what was sitting stagnant and dark for so long.  It was less of a choice and more of a soul calling, it felt calm and easeful and entirely intuitive to take that next step from a place of faith, and so I did.  I stepped.  I wish I could say I put one foot in front of the other (in heels I might add), but the truth is I dove in headfirst off a really high {Malibu} cliff (at least the view was pretty). 

Faith over fear always, a phrase that continues to shape my life that also lights a fire under client sessions. 

And so it began, I entered that chapter of my journey when both the collective and I needed it the most, as a Breathwork Facilitator and energy healer, my first true love and a whole new world, which then naturally for me snowballed into Life Coaching, Hypnosis, EFT, NLP, Neural Energetic Encoding, Mindset reprogramming, manifestation, Intuitive healing, Soulful business mentor, and more.  This is where spirituality and science intersect, serving us quantum leap transformation on a silver platter (I prefer gold so let’s call it alchemy and call it a day). 

Low and behold I then developed Sainte’s Haven from the depths of my heart and soul, and fun-loving personality.  I have been over the moon and working tirelessly to share this innovative combination of healing and evolution that I have never quite witnessed before, especially thrilled to watch it rise in my very own hometown, which we deserve for us and our very special families and community.  Despite never missing my brothers’ football games, I can't say I know much about the Steelers except for their outfit choices, but I'm full of Pittsburgh pride and bring those roots everywhere that I bring Sainte’s Haven.  Stay tuned for more retreat dates, festival offerings, events, workshops, and much more to come!  The world is our oyster baby and our story is always being written! We are the authors of our one magical and crazy life.  And so it is. (What would I be if not my own best client practicing what I preach).
