Contrary to popular belief, YOU are always in control throughout Hypnotherapy, guided by the leadership and light of your certified hypnotist. We can move through the meditation process of hypnosis incorporating powerful life visions and manifestations. If it's a specific Hypnosis goal that you desire, possibly kick an unwanted habit (i.e. quit smoking, healthy weight goals, nervousness/mental addiction), we can move through that too as an add on (+$111 added to this bundle), or as a single separate hypnosis session. Providing transformative breathwork directly following your hypnosis will work to further embody your shifts on added levels, ground you down, continuing your healing transformational process via your breath, and all bodies (physical, emotional, spiritual being). Supporting your subconscious reprogramming with your lifeforce (your breath) to connect all the dots will create lasting shifts, liberation, and feel truly exhilarating while you're at it. It's like the 1-2 punch to your quantum leap upleveling and healing. Organic to this session with Larissa will inherently be elements of Life Coaching and/or submodalities, aka a little extra digging. Expect an aligned healing session that we will co-create for your highest timeline and better.
